Do you offer nut-free, sugar- free or gluten free options?
No. Currently we do not offer nut-free, sugar-free or gluten-free options. We can not guarantee that cross contamination will not occur during the preparation process. Therefore we are unable to offer these options at this time..

Do you ship?
Great question! Shipping will be available in the next few weeks to certain states. Shipping will be available for certain treats.
We will not be shipping custom cakes or custom orders.

Do you deliver? Or can I pick up my items?
Yes. Delivery is available for Lexington, SC and Surrounding Areas. Our delivery fee is $10.00.
We DO NOT own a physical storefront, therefore if you would like to pick up your items a location and time can be discussed.

What if I need to cancel my Sweet Shoppe order?
To cancel your order through The Sweet Shoppe please contact Sam at (803) 546-7305. All orders must be canceled 24 hours prior to delivery, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please understand a full refund is not guaranteed. We strongly encourage customers to read OUR POLICY below prior to ordering.
